Autaza Hybrid is a 3D scanner with complete optical system, developed for inspection and quality control in various industries. It is capable of identifying distortions and dents in automotive bodies and aircraft fuselages.
The Autaza Hybrid consists of a head with advanced technology for rebuilding the inspected part with high precision and intelligent software for intelligent quality reporting. The scanner recreates the 3D surface in a virtual environment of the computer. The software performs three steps during the virtual environment inspection: it simulates surface reflection, captures virtual surface images, and interprets the captured images using artificial intelligence designed to perform the analysis based on the highest quality standards of each client.
The software and hardware system is developed by Autaza, through an integrated engineering project. The objective is not only to offer measurements, but also to recommend to the factory what needs to be corrected and the location of the defects.
